Connecting datasets to the Living Norway network through "keyword-tagging" demand a mechanism to add such "keyword-tags".
Would Living Norway colleagues require full edit access to the GBIF Registry to add such "keyword-tags"??? It looks like so from correspondence with the GBIF Secretariat helpdesk.
What are the pros and cons? Or are there alternative mechanisms that would work better?
Full edit rights to all Norwegian datasets (and institutions?) in the GBIF Registry should probably be limited and not assigned toooo widely. However, granting these edit rights to Siw would be ok? However, would more people need similar rights... and might more limited edit rights for the Registry be added to the Registry work plan roadmap...?

We could (independent from the GBIF Registry process and capabilities) explore models to describe all datasets (endorsed by GBIF Norway) in Wikidata (similar to #40 and #5) --- and further expand to use the Wikidata entry to categorize datasets into a broader set of fitness-for-use categories/metrics in addition to assigning datasets to the Living Norway Network.
... and possibly create some kind of automatic notice to helpdesk@gbif.no when new datasets are tagged (as member of Living Norway) on Wikidata, to add the tag to the GBIF Registry.
