How to get message body in text format?

Hello.
Please tell me how I can get the contents of the message in text format. Now the message is in HTML format and there are a lot of tags and Outlook styles. We just need to get the text. I tried different examples with BodyText but I still get the HTML format. Also, unfortunately, I didn’t understand how to set normalized body . I'm grateful for the example. Thank you.
