Right now we clear the entire
.cachefolder when gatsby-node.js changes or a user upgrades their packages. Which cause a lot of slowdowns on the next run ofgatsby developas then any plugins that pull remote files have to pull the same files again.We should start moving to more selective cache clearing and not clear data that we know is immutable.
