Enhancement (What you would like to be added):
Please add a unit test or integration test (which ever hold good) for a scenario described in this issue: #599

Motivation (Why is this needed?):
We shouldn’t missed such edge cases while refactoring of backup-restore.

Please refer to How to reproduce section of issue:#599
