复现步骤 Reproduce step

正常下载备份的大量资料，总计一百多G，小文件很多，有可能有重名文件，印象中出现过“已创建跳过”的提示。

试过最新v3.13.3之间的所有版本，都有此问题。

本机安装aria2c替换，安装目录下resource的aria2c即可，软件里自带的aria2c有问题
