I don't mind working on the twitch announcements.

Would it be alright if I also bring back the docker compose install, the Dockerfile, reminders and tic-tac-toe/connect 4 ?

I don't mind rewriting them, for me using docker makes setting up the Postgres DB on Windows machines much easier, and I believe I can switch it to use pnpm
