Workaround: Until completed and available at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org, the Galaxy EU https://usegalaxy.eu server can be used.

Install DM on Test

Create indexes on Test
Verify indexes on Test
Publish indexes to CMVSF / Main
Verify indexes on Main
