Plural for specific cases?

I'm not sure how exactly you would do this, but words like "wolf", "elf", "dwarf", "knife", and "ninja" (to name a few) are not given the proper plural form with .s:
"wolfs", "elfs", "dwarfs", "knifes", "ninjas"
