All links to examples are broken.

The examples are available in the repository. Just download and setup the demo.

Since update v5.0.0 examples are indeed broken. Need to setup minimal webpack demo.

Indeed the documentation is missing. Specifically, the problem is how and where dist should get jQuery et. al. Should there be a separate build command for running examples?

npm run build will generate the ./dist.

If you figure out the rest, please PR documentation.
