This repository has been created to present the recent work done using the Functional Mapping Matrix (FMM).

Updates

Bugs/code upload incompleteness was updated on 18/11/2023.

Data availability

The following files: Human_Biogrid_Adj_PPI_.npy, Matrix_Genes_GO_BP_PPI.csv, Semantic_Human.csv, corresponding to the human PPI network, the GO BP annotations, and the semantic similarity of the GO BP terms, respectively, used in this project can be downloaded here. Please donwload these files first and move them to the ./Cleaned_version/Data folder.
