holds ERC721 for each contrbution
holds stake of each creator
When campaign submission window ends
fans can stake for contributions they like
When voting window ends:
brands select winner(s) from top N voted contributions
initial campaign bounty is disbursed to NFT creator and fans who staked for it, in proportion to their stake
