some computer can't install agent on windows

OS: Windows7 64bit
software:fusioninventory-agent_windows-x64_2.6.exe

Perform an installation in wizard mode, accepting almost all default values, and then press 'Next'.
type:default (inventory)
execution mode: as a windows Task
miscelaneous options: create start menu for all users

During the installation, check the details, and the software installation progress bar stays at 'Agent uninstalled with code: 0'.
