Show North Tag issue with Rotate Minimap

Describe the problem

When "Show North Tag" is enabled along with "Rotate Minimap" it causes the north tag to look "ugly" and overscaled. Just looks out of place and adds these weird block textures above the north tag and around the west/east/south points.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Show North Tag = checked
2. Rotate Minimap = checked

With Show North Tag and Rotate Minimap checked

Is it possible to fix this so the tag can still rotate, but looks more like the tag below (when rotate minimap is off)?
This is with Rotate Minimap not checked but Show North Tag checked

What version of the addon are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English)
