Suggestion: Add a texture browser

As I'm sure everyone knows by now, Texbrowser has been abandoned since around 2011, and as far as my Google-Fu is able to find, there seems to be no modern alternatives. I say we add a texture browser so that those trying to make their own custom minimap styles don't have to rely on external texture browsers and/or an internet browser to find the textures they want to use.
