No issue, preset request: NO FIZZLE Sounds

If you click spells and they are NOT ready yet you get this "whoosh" sounds.
Or if you click a button in the action bar fast you hear this click click click sounds...
Once you hear it, you'll never unhear it! XD

The "Click Sounds" it affects some menu parts aswell...
BUT it removes the click click click sound too by pressing buttons quickly.

I sadly didn't find the arcane fizzle sounds, maybe you know it?
But I guess it's "nature" since it disapears with the list above too. ;-)
