Need to press Enter twice to create line break in blockquote #4763

Expected behavior.

Pressing Enter+Shift at the end of a blockquote line should create a line break

Actual behavior.

You need to press Enter+Shift twice to create that line break

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Using this example

Put the cursor behind "test"
Press Enter+Shift (nothing happens)
Press Enter+Shift again (line break is created)

Editor version.

OS.

Windows 11

Browser.

Chrome, Edge and Firefox (I didn't test it in other browsers)

Recording.

(note that I had to press Enter+Shift twice)
