Hi Sniffles Team,

@fritzsedlazeck and @smolkmo In both our trio and population based snf merging, we've noticed entries where the SUPP_VEC is a list of zeroes for eg. SUPP_VEC=000. We've noticed 100 or so SVs falling in this category. What would this indicate?
