Expected DR field

Hello,

I'm trying to merge 2 VCFs that are output by Sniffles2, but for some reason in the DR field of the output VCF it says 0,0 as if it's not capturing the values from the original VCFs. What kind of nomenclature or way of specifying the DR and DV does SURVIVOR expect in the VCF that are going to be merged?

I am trying to merge different VCFs obtained from the genotyping of sniffles2. I have the same problem as you. Did you manage to solve it somehow?

For what I saw survivor need the AD field to be separated in 2 value separated by ":" to be recognized, like DR:DV. He cannot understand the comma separated value
