New option to dispay the nickname instead of the user name

Especially for people using screenreader it is quite hard if a username consists of a bunch of emojis, mathematical symbols or other weird stuff. For example if someone uses Unicode symbols that look nearly like Roman characters like for example Ρ, Τ, Υ, Κ, Μ or Ν, then they are read out like "GREEK CAPITAL LETTER RHO, GREEK CAPITAL LETTER TAU, GREEK CAPITAL LETTER UPSILON, GREEK CAPITAL LETTER KAPPA, GREEK CAPITAL LETTER MU, GREEK CAPITAL LETTER NU" - which is annoying.

So it would be an idea, if we could include a user option to either always display the nickname instead of the username for all contacts or to add some automatic mode that would decide upon the content. Or we could add an option that a user could set per contact to display the nickname.
