What is the problem?
OM2P-LC fails to boot after Upgrade from v2021.1.x to v2023.1.x

What is the expected behaviour?
It boots up correctly

No further knowledge was acquired, yet.
According to the led's the device boots on v2023.1 but we don't get a wifi, nor an ip, nor does entering config mode work.
The next step is connecting serially. The device is with chf (user on gluon irc)

Aachen has no priority in fixing this as this is our only OM2P device.
This might be different for other communities.

oh, wait all of those all run v2023.2.x (which we haven't tested on the device, yet)
Either this is related to upgrading without Gluon v2022.1.x as a step in between or v2023.1.x has introduced a bug due to some Kernelrelated update since the release of OpenWrt 22.03
