Does ai-codereviewer need write-all permissions to function?

Upon creating a pr to set up ai-codereviewer, the ai (ironically) left a comment regarding its write-all permissions. Does codereviewer need write-all permissions to function? If not, would the following permissions be sufficient:
permissions: contents: read issues: read pull-requests: write
