For actions that are permanent/destructive, consider adding the ability to "undo" an action for a short period of time after clicking the button (~30 seconds). Although our UI guides users to making sure they are positive about the change they are making, sometimes a mistake isn't realized until after the button is pushed.

This will make doing certain actions (removing source accounts, etc.) less stressful.

This shouldn't really change any security properties of the system, so should not have an effect on the threat model.
