(feature) Automatically add ports to bsd.hackage.mk #5

Hsporter should support an option to automatically add new ports to the bsd.hackage.mk file at the right place.

Proposed functioning is:

add -a flag
"guess" that we are at the root of the haskell overlay, look for ./lang/ghc/bsd.hackage.mk
if file is found, insert line at the right place
if file is not found, abort with an error (error only occurs if -a is specified)
