Add description for each trick

Probably add a description in the file.

I'd be happy to make a pull request and work on this for this week. This seems like a great tool, and I've been teaching a Ruby class where this would really be great with descriptions.

Nice, @udaysinghcode, can you put the description in the rb file? With this is easy for me to generate the markdown file.

I'm going to write all the descriptions for "Tricks" first.

So I was thinking, for: https://github.com/franzejr/best-ruby/blob/master/tricks/associative-arrays.md - to write the description for how it works in this file (I came from the Gitbook to the repo, so I wanted to add to the Md files to improve the book). Where were you thinking?

I generated the markdown from the tricks using the rb files, So, I think you can put the description in the comments =/
