virtualsmartcard-0.9_win64 installation fails

Expected behaviour

BixVReaderInstaller.msi (64 bit version, versio 0.9) must be installed under Wiindows 10 (64 bit)
.cer certificate is installed correclty, but please indicate how it can be verifyed

What should happen?

Installation shoud create a device driver under computer device list

Actual behaviour

What happens instead?

Device driver is not installed (see attached picture) correclty.

Steps to reproduce

1. double click BixVReaderInstaller.msi
