Off-by-one with dates

Ended-list shows initiatives being ended one day early. End date means that also signatures can be collected until that end-date day ends (i.e 23:59, not 00:00).

As of now (23 July 2013), this is visible with "Järkeä tekijänoikeuslakiin" initiative.
