Update or fix the following item on the Audio Research 1P0:

Reduce the Mini XLR Gain
Move the Headphone Amp I2C Lines to different pins on the FMC and add a level shifter
Increase the -5V0A Regulator
Increase the RJ45 LED Current Supply - FPGA cannot supply enough current
Update the Microphone Array Input: XLR → Pre-Amp → Buffer → AD1939
- Microphone Input Buffer -
- Microphone Pre-Amp: PGA2505
- Microphone Buffer: ADA4940-1ARZ
Implement Microphone Array Phantom Power
