I have a problem with starting a theme in wordpress. Attached is a screenshot

I did the following steps:
#1 cloned in the folder where the other themes are
#2 I quickly applied the command npm i
#3 npm run build
#4 npm start
From what I can see, everything went well, I don't know if there are any other settings for the local environment?

Wordpress requires a style.css file, you put theme details in it like this:
