If you put the file in assets folder instead of pages, it will be transferred to assets folder in dist without compiling. You would have to change any links to this file in order to reflect its different location. |

You might try a different layout for that page that only has the body with no header or scripts. You can specify the layout to use for that page in the initial yaml page data . |

You can get the result you want by modifying the gulp.babel.js file. This file controls the tasks involved in building the dist folder. If you look in this file there is a function copy that copies parts of the src/assets folder into dist. There is another function pages that passes all html files in src/pages through panini and then into dist. If you want files to go unmodified into dist you can't put them in src/pages. Instead put them in src/donotcompile. You can then add a function similar to copy that copies them into dist/donotcompile. For example,

Hi there,
I have a folder like 'src/pages/donotcompile/email.html' that should not be compiled by panini but should be into 'dist/donotcompile/email.html'
How can I tell gulp to do that both when I use 'yarn start' and 'yarn build'?
Any help would be greatly appreciate
Thanks in advance
