Why isn't motion-ui included in dist's CSS?

dist/foundation.min.css doesn't include motion-ui, however if you download the starter template from the website it does - https://static.foundationcss.com/sites-css-latest

Why?

Also, how can I include it when compiling SCSS? It's nowhere.

The reason is that motion-ui is a completely different repository. https://github.com/foundation/motion-ui

The starter template is a pre-compiled starter template that contains everything that you need to get started.
