Upgrade an old project to Foundation 7. And about jQuery #12287
-
I have no words to express my happiness with the good news that we have a blessed guy to keep this project maintained. Thank you so much. Well, we can't ignore the fact that when Foundation 6 was "abandoned" by their original team, other projects like... well, I don't know if I can mention it, but the fact is that other projects just kept evolving. If we thing about it, some of them don't even use jQuery anymore, I won't explain the reasons here because maybe it will can generate another discussion and it's not the case. All of that said, I want to know what we can expect of Foundation 7 and if we'll have some way to upgrade our old project to this new, awesome, beautiful and amazing project. And last, but not less important, can you talk about what you'll do with jQuery? What you guys think about that? |

So I know jQuery is super uncool these days, but would someone mind explaining why to me? :) I mean, I can do things in vanilla JS just fine, but I still really like the jQuery syntax. |
