Updating/Enlisting entries in *directory.json* which do not follow the set pattern

• Erroneous entries like #L18 , #L33 , #L52 , #L81 etc. in directory.json
• Find and enlist other such entries
• Follow the guidelines mentioned in README to update them

@jack17529 .JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a lightweight data-interchange format. In each "country" folder, there exist many "community" files in JSON format, check them out for a better understanding.

@jack17529 The directory aims at compiling "Asian Free and Open Source Software and OpenTech communities" and afaik CSI: Computer Society of India isn't primarily aimed at (F)OSS
