Footer dramatically overlaps page content on mobile browsers #13

When viewing on my Android Nexus 6, the footer sits right in the middle of the page, and blocks a lot of the main content. Pictures incoming.

FWIW, I have this page open in an Android emulator and don't see this overlap happening.
