Duplicate articles in mod center

Describe the bug
Duplicate articles appear in the moderator section.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the Moderator Center
2. Occasionally, the same article will appear two or three times.
3. See error

Expected behavior
I expected each article to only appear once.

Additional context
In going to the mod center, I often find the same article appearing multiple times over. This might be the author publishing and unpublishing the article, but I don't think that can happen 6 times in under a minute (as seen above).

@Kaamkiya Are you still seeing this issue? Also was this only with specific users? Or was it more than what you were showing up top as well?

I was unable to replicate it my self, so just wanted to follow up ect.

Actually, I haven't seen it in a while. I'll close this issue for now, and reopen it if I see it again.
