Auto-select new tag created from KWIC/Annotate Selected

This is a really minor thing, but if I use the Annotate Selected function in KWIC view and create a new tag from there, then that new tag could be selected automatically for annotating the selection. It would save a bit of scrolling and clicking, and I think anybody who creates a new tag from here will do so with the purpose of applying that tag right away.
