Set font size in Annotate mode

Since setting magnification for a browser window affects all contents, it would be very good if the font size of the text shown in the Annotation pane were scalable to some extent, so I could get larger text there without having to magnify the text elsewhere in the window. The ability to choose fonts would also be welcome, at least from a limited set (e.g. serif and sans).
