Add group selection dropdown to the existing home page.

Dropdown should allow user to select a group and update the starting dropdown with information about what team was selected.

Provisional Mockup of Main notification view:
(Don't worry about implementing the surrounding components at this time. This issue is just focused on the single dropdown component)

Make sure this updates the firebase database for the user as specified in for-each-org/PUDM-server#6

This could be useful for generating a device ID within React Native: https://github.com/rebeccahughes/react-native-device-info#getuniqueid
