This should be a seperate view that prompts the user for a password when you click on admin console from the home page.

Rough design mock-up:

Once submit is pressed the user should be sent to the check-in list page.

(Once API integration is added we will add additional authentication for a user to reach the check-in list page, but for now just focus on the UI and routing)
