Describe the bug

Trouble v3 makes use of vim.uv , which is exclusive to Neovim 0.10:
neovim/neovim#27957

Steps To Reproduce

Install Neovim 0.9.5
Install Trouble v3
Try to open trouble

Expected Behavior

Trouble opens

Repro
