Double square brackets in math mode lead to unwanted placeholder. #1317

Describe the bug

In mathematics, it is common to denote the ring of formal power series using double square brackets, for example: $\mathbb C[[t]]$

Writing this in a Foam markdown file creates an entry t in the list of placeholders.

Small Reproducible Example

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

Write $\mathbb C[[t]]$ in a markdown file in a Foam project.
Open the list of placeholders "Explore: Focus on Placeholders View"
Notice that t is an entry in the list.

Expected behavior

Double brackets occurring in math mode are ignored.
