I seek an improvement for the alignment of columns in tables.

Finishing a report in .org eventually exported as .html, I observe the additional <r> to align the content of a column to be aligned to the right hand side has not the same effect (any more), than if the line indicating the setup file for readtheorg hosted by you is muted / is absent. Do you recommend a particular keyword combination to add to #+OPTIONS: if one wants to use the explicit definitions <l>, <c>, or <r>?

The observation can be replicated when accessing the .org file from pristine Emacs (version 29.1 as packaged for Linux Debian 13/trixie) by emacs -q example.org. Obviously, if the line indicating the external setup file is present, Emacs asks in advance if fetching this resource is considered safe.
