Hotkey modifier

Hi, thanks for the great App.

My problem concerns modifier keys. I want to use the same shortcut (F14) with a modifier (shift or control) for a hotkey (to start Screensaver) of another program, but ExternalDisplayBrightness keeps grabbing it with or without modifier key and the key does not arrive in the other app (Keyboard Maestro).

It would be great if hotkeys would have a settable modifier key by their own and would not respond by other modifier keys.
