I compiled the code on my new MBA with M1 Chip, the tool ist opening but the control of my Dell Monitor is not working. Same result with the provided DMG under Rosetta 2. In past I was using the tool on my 2016 MBP and it worked perfect. Any Ideas how to fix it?

Same here in Mac mini M1. The issue appears to be a bug in App Kit Framework that returns a wrong display ID. In my case I have 2 monitors and the Device ID comes just 1 and 2.

I also have Mac mini M1 and just one monitor plugged in via USB-C. Defined buttons do not change the brightness.
