I'm a developer very interested in learning more and contributing to this project. I work with a local group of civic tech volunteers called Code for Asheville.

I'm in Asheville, NC. Activists in my community are seeking better ways to submit & monitor police complaints, and this looks like a great option.

Specifically, I'd like to learn more about how complaints data is shared with the public.
