Vimeo, Facebook and Youtube videos GDPR compliant

Hello all,

a modification of the BBcode plugin is necessary to be able to embed Vimeo, Facebook and Youtube videos in a GDPR compliant way. This means: the FlatPress visitor must first confirm in a placeholder that then a Facebook or Youtube video may be loaded from "outside" the FlatPress domain. Only then the visitor should be able to play the video.
