if a change has been made in the admin center, like changing date and time formats or activating or deactivating a plugin, the admin page has to be reloaded (F5 key) after the notification "Changes will be saved" - so that the changes are displayed. For FlatPress lovers certainly no problem. If you know it, the oplikatoric pressure on the F5 key after each change simply belongs to it.
But for new FlatPress users this can be strange - a shortcoming.
Maybe it makes sense to provide the submit function in the admin center with a one-time refrech of the page.
The web server configuration is not unusual.
This consists of Apache FPM/FastCGI /2.4.54 (Debian), PHP 7.4.33, OPcache and APCu support. The whole thing is installed natively without virtual machines.

It may make sense to include a function in the fp-smartyplugin function.html_submit.php that injects a reload after the page in the http header. 10 seconds after you have pressed submit/send/save.
