Trying to manage gcp PostgreSQL user with Shell-operator.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, GCP PostgreSQL Users Can not be assigned any custom DB role. if shell operator hook can be bound with SQLUser.
Shell-Operator can then automate the role binding.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
Update a user with a custom role and will be reflected in the database.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
I have tried and Shell-operator is also running but while binding them with --config might have some Issue or cluster role and cluster role binding with GSA KSA have some ISSUE.
