Error was:

rosetta error: /var/db/oah/04a75f723f86f1fec56b8f6902b9553fee38583228492bf384c1df1ef4528e68/31d8fe3e5e1a98797acbda912611c03476d3a6f9af148cea6c98678969d2bb7f/fission-ipfs.aot: attachment of code signature supplement failed: 1

This hasn't been replicated anywhere. Suggest we leave open for 30-60-90 to see if this bites someone else, but it was likely my extremely stale environment.
