I am not able to use this package due to this error. I am running Anaconda on a Windows machine. Any advice would be appreciated.

  Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.4.0 (from atspy) (from versions: 0.1.2, 0.1.2.post1, 0.1.2.post2)
No matching distribution found for torch==1.4.0 (from atspy)

I fixed this issue by bringing in torch=1.4.0 directly through conda. However, it seems there are other package issues. Even when I attempt to run this on Google colab we have new issues.
