Bulk remove tag

Description

When bulk editing transactions, you can only Replace with these tags or Add these tags.

It would be nice to be able to Remove these tags since I find myself often needing to remove one tag from many transactions that all have a unique set of tags. The only way to accomplish this currently is by going through each transaction individually (or via API)

Solution

Add Remove these tags to bulk edit. If any of the selected transactions have that tag(s), remove it(them).
